Todd Vanek, PRESIDENT OF BANG/SENTINEL PRINTING, HESS PRINT SOLUTIONS, AND WEBCRAFTERS, INC.
Todd started at Bang Printing in 1997 in customer service and moved into a sales role in 1998. He was promoted to Vise President of Sales in 200 and held that title until 2018 as CJK Group began to evolve through various acquisions. in 2018, Todd was promoted to President of Bang Printing and today also serves as the President of Sentinel Printing and Webcrafters in addition to assisting in the overall CJK Group strategy for growth and development. He has a degree in Business/Economics from the University of Minnesota.
Burt Phillips , Hess Print Solutions Director, VP
Burt Phillips has been with Hess Print Solutions since 1996 and has been managing Customer Service since August of 2012. Burt is supported by one of the best Customer Service teams in the industry. Burt is motivated by ensuring client expectations are met with the appropriate service levels using effective communication and efficient project management. Burt and his wife Paula have 2 daughters, Emily and Delaney.
Frank Pennino , Finishing Manager
Frank has been with Hess Print Solutions since 1985 and is the longest tenured employee in the company. Frank oversees the Bindery and Mailing functions in the Brimfield facility. Frank believes the art of making a book is still a craft; he instills that principle as well as a positive approach to collaborative production efforts into each of his employees. Frank has also held positions in Environmental Health and Safety and brings those philosophies into his area of responsibility. Frank and his wife Deb have three sons Jason, Nick and Daniel.
Jim Wilde , Vice President Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Jim is enthusiastic about selling and uses his 20+ years of print industry experience to lead the Hess Print Solutions national sales team. Jim and his team are customer driven and focused on growing new and expanding existing client relationships by bringing solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives. Jim received a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Technology at the University of Wisconsin Stout. Jim and his wife, Connie live in the Twin Cities with their three children.
John Pfleiderer, Scheduling Manager
John has been with Hess Print Solutions since 1986. John manages all scheduling functions at the Ohio facility. John loves the challenges of keeping production tasks on target to meet customer needs and expectations while keeping plant efficiencies in line with company requirements. John is the proud father of a son who has just become a Sheriff Deputy.
Martin Sullivan , Director of Estimating and Procurement

Martin joined Hess Print Solutions in 2011 and manages the estimating and purchasing teams. Martin, with over 30 years experience, likes that this industry is continually developing new technology and there is always more to learn. Martin and his wife Anna have 2 grown children, Joe and Leeann.
Brian Grimes , Post Press Manager
Brian has been with Hess Print Solutions since 2011. Brian oversees the Mailing, Logistics and Shipping/Receiving departments. Brian works with a strong team of professionals who have years of experience in trucking, mail list services, fulfillment and paper. Brian is an amateur programmer and enjoys building applications such as logistics rate shopping and postage estimating tools. Brian is married and has five grown children.
Rick Neuenschwander , Operations Manager

Rick has been with Hess Print Solutions since 2012. The daily excitement of meeting tight deadlines and quality expectations is what has motivated Rick over the past 33 years in the printing industry. His motto is “You only get one chance to make a good first impression.” Rick and his wife Tina have 4 children, Brandy, Derik, Damion & Darcie and 7 grandchildren.
Twilla Watson, Human Resources Manager

Twilla L. Watson has been managing the Human Resources functions for Hess Print Solutions for 2 years. Twilla enjoys the day to day interaction with the employees and working with the department managers to help meet the needs of the employees and business.
